Well, as lilla has put it, please share your experience, and elaborate more on the kind of questions you got in the examination. I am taking in on December 19th, and as lilla has asked, were the question pattern, and content tougher than USMLE World? Write back ASAP, all of you, with your more elaborate experiences.

Hi lilla, I think a lot depends on your luck too. Not everyone gets weird questions. I have many friends who took the test & thought that 90% of the test was from kaplan books. So dont worry too much. Just revise your notes & go with confidence. If you have done usmleworld that will help of course, if not dont worry about it.Goodluck.
meusmle, I also took the test in northern california,san francisco. I just thought that there were too many mol bio & genetics questions on the test. What about you?

totally agree.
i used to hear ppl talking abt HOX and all that.
but thanks god i only got some weired qts of RFLP.
meusmle,i wouldnt say my collection was very difficult,they were a mixture.AM TRYING TO BE POSITIVE

I took my exam on 7th Dec.mine was full of molecular biology ,neuroanatomy , pathology , gross and microscopic histology and diagram ....,it was hard.I do not know what I did on that day.
when will we get score?waiting is difficult for us,is not it??.

Hello,
I took my step1 on dec 4th.From what ive read, u people have also taken it during the same week.Just wanted to know whether any of ur oasis have been updated yet.If it gets updated every wednesday, my 3rd wed was yday and still its not updated.Can anyone help me about this please?

i dont know whn it would get updated,may be wed. of 3rd week.......this is the impression i ot reading various posts.
anyway am checking it everyday and now even my hubby has started doing the same !
i wanted to start studying for stp 2.but keep postponing it for jan.......

i think those who took exam in 4th dec week will get scores reported on 3rd for sure. as there are no score repts in the week of 25 th dec. any way best of luck to all of us. i took my exam on 14th i am hopping it gets reported on 3rd jan for me too.
