My dear friends,
I am so happy to accept a prematch offer at an IM university-affiliated program. Now I am canceling the other interviews at:
Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, CA - Internal Medicine
Loma Linda University, CA - Internal Medicine
Kern Medical Center, CA - Family Medicine
Reading Hospital and Medical Center, PA - Family Medicine
Mount Sinai School of Medicine (North General), NY - Internal Medicine
Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center, NY - Internal Medicine
My credentials are as following:
- Extremely old IMG (over 15 years)
- USMLE scores are at mid-80s and CS passed (all at first attempt)
- GC holder
- US clinical experience: observing at medical clinics, working at research base (not publ.)

Thank you for your congratulations.
I got prematch at a program in South Atlantic region. It is friendly and a good teaching program. PD is very supportive. I like that.
I think my creds are OK, not as competitive as younger applicants with 90s. Just want to encourage my old IMG candidates with lower scores. Keep your fingers crossed and you will have it. Good luck
