after a very long wait oasis finally reported my score. took exam back in october and they had my scores ready by mid november but wouldn't release them cause my stupid med school hadn't sent the reverification of my status. bad stuff like that always happens to me so i didn't think i had passed. i am so happy its finally over.
i don't expect a very high score so i'll go ahead and give my experience. used kaplan for biochem, phsy, immuno, pharm and behavioral. highyields for anatomy, neuro, embryo. everything goljan for path. i must have listened to his lectures five times since i have an hour commute to my school. for micro i used levinson's. qbank plus robbins review for q's.
about the exam all blocks felt the same. tons of pharm, pathophys, anatomy, micro. very little biochem, immuno. lots of classic questions like the kid who is mistaken for abuse but has blue sclera. but my best advice would be LEARN TO INTERPRET GRAPHS OF ALL SHAPES AND SIZES RAPIDLY!!! to me these were the hardest questions. i think they will be consistently represented more and more on step 1.

Congratulations! They haven't received the document from my school yet. I have waited for my score report for 3 weeks now. Guess I won't know my result until they receive the document from my school. Thanks malaise. I will contact my school today to see what's going on.

i dont understand, didnt know ur school had to send verification of ur credentials for ecfmg to release ur result?Is this the norm?cos my school just issued my own cert n ecfmg doesnt even have it yet.I just did my own step 2, i hope it wont delay my score report.I graduated 2004
