guys guys, syphilytic aneurysm occurs in acsending aorta and root of aortic valve, according to FA. and atherosclerosis and Marfan is more common in abdominal aorta. so i will go for D.

i could not find out any cause for thoracic aortic aneurysm. but i found out about ventricular rupture and as a late complication - VENTRICULAR ANEURYSM
so i was mistaken

it is B. ventricular aneurysm. none other fits
