Hey ppl, My exam is about 4 weeks away....just took the NMBE 2 and I find the questions to be quite challenging. Is this normal? I did take NBME 1 which I find much more forgiving. The questions involved LOTS of cell biology, I mean lots. How does the part 2 compared to the real exam, and how does it compare to the rest of the NMBE 3 and 4. Thanks for all the support. From what I know of NBME, they are considered very predictive of the real exam.And I would agree as my step 2 scores were just about there.
I have also had ppl tell me that the forms get tougher as the numbers keep rising.One bloke as much as told me that for step 2 the 3rd form was the hardest. I would think that that is purely an individual find.
I would suggest you indentify your weak areas and work on them. 2 weeks is a lot of time to do that.
