I got a phone message from a PD , I know a prematch will be offered to me . The fact is I have 6 more interviews to attend and I am sooo confused .
I did not want to decline the offer at this moment , but if she does not give me some time to think about it I will need to . Can i ask her for some time to think about it?
If I need to , How can I decline the offer in a very polite way ?
These prematch offers mess up with our head !!!

Someone help!

You said "got a phone message", does that mean you did not actually speak to the PD on the phone? Also, when is your last interview?

If your last interview is in the next 3 weeks and you have not talked to the PD, wait about 10 days, call the office at night and leave a message that you are out of town on interviews, give an expected return date in another 10 days time (that's the 3 weeks) and tell him/her that you will call at that time.

If it's longer than 3 weeks, decide if you want the offer and save yourself time, money and inconvenience of going to multiple interviews.

Most important consideration, is it a place where you want to spend the next 3 years of your life?
