Hello,

Cananyone guide me now what should I do next.

I passed step 1: 81/198, step 2: 75/184 just got my result today....

passed in step 2 cs and ecfmg certified now.

I graduated in july 2003 and I am permanent resident.

I want to get in to the family residency program this year and I dont want to waste my year . I have two interviews by now.

so If any body have any program in their mind from where I have chances to get interview plz let me know.

Plz help me now...

as the saying goes my friend; you only need one interview...focus on the bird in hand...go in prepared for you interviews...good luck!!!!

it's hard to say. i havent gotten ivs from places that i thought i would. keep persevering, call programs, but mostly as blizkonebe said, prepare well! GL!

Thank you very much for your reply.

I have interviews from kingston,NY and stonybrook,NY . I had those interviews before my step 2 ck scores. Does my step 2ck score makes difference in my interview?

the scores does make a different b/c you are now ECFMG CERTIFIED.

big difference from just step 1 score. Most program wants ECFMG certified before the ROL.

what are your credentials and what did you think of stonny brook is it worth to go for the interview

how was ur interview at stonny brook did they ask any hard questions
you like to stay in ny or else where

Step 2 scores make a difference - but once you have an IV its how YOU present yourself - and how you fit with the program that matters.
