I know that to register for step3 I must apply to those states who allow it (no postgrad training at all)... but if I register through Connecticut board, that means that I have to be physically in Connecticut to do the exam????? or I can register with prometric in any state I want???? I really need this one guys!! Thanx

Some states like North Dakota though, they allow IMG to take the step 3 without previous training but the fee is higher than in other states.
