I'm thinking "A" too, but I'm not sure why. I'm thinking in SLE, but is not making all the sense. Does anyone is sure about this Q' and could explain it very quickly. Thank you.

The only test that confirms a diagnosis is the choice F..but that doesn't fit the question.. Id go with choice A too, as that would be the closest best to making a diagnosis of SLE.
