alb 123 How could it be ectopic? Looks more like an infection.

  #5

I agree proctalgia...because she is sexually active and because of the long duration of the purulent discharge im thinking pelvic abscess which can also present with a palpable mass....the only thing is where would this mass arise from? The vagina?

  #6

please can anyone clarify the answers 4 43 & 30 with explanationsmiling face

  #7

Proctalgia, i agree.. my bad.. so what is the answer? Ovary?

  #8

why not PID ??

  #9

it is pelvic inflammatory disease , pid causes scaring of tissue which predisposes to ectopic pregnancy. She came after three weeks

  #10

43--ans is b fallopian tube

b,cos diagnosis is pyosalpinx, which has arisen from PID

  #11

doesnt advanced PID produce a Tubo-ovarian abcess? What would we choose in this question then, cuz tubes and ovary are given as seperate options

  #12

abc 123 are u sure 30th is A, i am thinking of D, because in accident there is a more chance for thrombus formation.

pls some one reply.

thanks

in accident - only tamponade: distant heart sounds, distended veins and no radial puls.
100%
as for girl: i would stick with ovary, it is infection and palpable mass souns more like inflamed ovary

  #14

change of heart
for girl- it happened to be fallopian tubes
