Alright i think the first one is the Vagus N. since that ennervates the mucus membranes of the trachea and if the pic is a cross section of the adrenal cortex than i think B would be representing the Zona Glomerulosa which secretes Aldosterone...can someone confirm that?

Cough reflex:
Afferent- vagus
center- medula
efferent- vagus, phrenic, intercostal and thoracoabdominal nerves
