hi i am hazem a 3rd year medical student ( in egypt)
i am starting to study my USMLE and need to share my knowlge , questions, also books and other study materials with an active study partener.. the aim is to help each other getting high score
My Sechdule is to finish my study in 8 monthes from now including more than one revision and testing all qbanks and first aid tests...

hi i am a postgraduate in egypt as well ain shams
my advice to you is to delay taking step 1 after u get exposed to clinical years 4 , 5 . 6 its a must that u see those infront of u to figure out how...however if u intend to go for the prep while ur in 3rd year ..u still can do it but u have to double ur effort to grasp the basic concepts and to have an idea abt clinical situations..in such a case i would recommend that u get a textbook of medicine as well as surgery at hand just to review how do things go..and ofcourse kaplan pathology wouldnt be enough for u u should get robbins pathology the book not the review questions just to have an idea abt diffrent diseases while u go along the study course..its very demanding specially u have ur own 3rd yr curriculum which is a bit diffrent in style and format than the things the usmle require u
this exp would make u unique among ur peers @ Ain shams or cairo university but needs a real effort..good luck
