one PD told us it won't affect whatsoever. He also specified" We DONT encourage it".
Of course, its just an idea of ONE PD.

My program looks at it a little more positively - we have boosted people up the rank list because an applicant came back to round.

Molly is giving wild stare to the cat in the post just above yours.The cat in turn has got scared and cant even stand up tall and look molly in the eye.This furiosity is a newly revealed trait of Molly .Please calm her down .Cat might report Molly to ethical commitee of the forum for unethical intimidattion and harassment.

Molly does try to herd the cats. It usually doesn't work. Molly does clean the ears of her sister-kat.
Never fear - she's knows her limitations.
