1. A 22-year-old college student comes to the student health clinic for an annual physical examination and to renew her prescription for birth control pills. either d or e.....but my money is on d.....mammography is usually useful only after 30y and monthly breats exam is usually mandatory in women with suspect history...

i think the answer is e, the recommendation is for women to begin routine screening in their 40s if there is a positive family hx of breast cancer having been diagnosed before menopause.

The better answer is D.
The guidelines for Mammography Screening are:
If significant risk factor (positive family hx. with first degree relative with breast cancer at a young age) perform mammo before 35...
So closest answer is D.
(If baseline study with NO risk factors, then start at 35-40 and repeat every 1-2 years from 40-49.)
