I was supposed to have my exam on the 1st of December, but after 3 days of pushing myself and picking up a First Aid two days before the exam, I freaked out. I postponed the exam, but hoping my next attempt won't be so bad. The only problem now is-having a difficult time getting back in the groove and focussing on studying. Any suggestions??? Really need help ...shocked

The past you can not change , so dont blame now yourself for not showing up on the exam or picking up FA before it.Now it all depends on your next exam day,how much time do you have ? You did not lost anything . You must to do best out of it, try to look at your weaknesses , what made you freak out ?

It is really hard for me to advise you, I did not finish my 1st reading yet, so I dont have enough knowledge . But what I can tell you it is to stay cool , don't despair, you are not first and last one who postponed the exam !!! Now it's everything in yours hands, just you yourself can pass the exam ! It's hard but you can't let it get you down. There are no special abilities that other successful exam takers posses which you don't, they just decided not to give up! So my friend, fight for yourself , don't give up now when you are almost at the end !!! Hopefully somebody else would be able advise you better what to study in your situation .

Good luck !

Thank you goodgirl. I do appreciate your advice-loks like you have enough knowledge to beat this exam as well.

I will try to pick myself up and get back on course-proving an uphill task, but again once I've appeared, can then start to focus on other stuff.

Thanks again, and good luck with your studying!!
