The mother of an 11-month-old infant had noted enlargement of the baby's abdomen within the past month. This is confirmed by the family physician, who notes that the baby is otherwise normally developed. An abdominal CT scan reveals a 6 cm mass, with some scattered calcifications, above the kidney on the right.
