Has anyone compared the USMLE first aid step 1 (by Vikas Bhushan) of different editions, say 2005 vs 2006? Is there a big difference there?
If not, I will buy 2005 version since it is a lot cheaper than the 2006.

2005 is the regular style
2006 is system based rather than subject based

hi, 2006 version is partly organ-based (anat, physio and path)
Rest are subject based (behavioural sciences, biochem, pharma and others)
But i don't have 2005 edition to compare
