please i need to know your experiences before i go officially crazy...and i dont want to do the oasis trick in case it allows me to take the test again when i actually passed ....then it would really be a very sad christmas jejejeje....thanks guys.

  #3

by the way i mean the nbme simulated test....

  #4

which among the simulated tests do you recommend? was wondering if i should subscribe to nbme/ kaplan qbank/ usmle rx qmax...thanks!!

Hey, chigu! look in the exam score thread, you'll see everything u need to know

good luck!

a +20 formula is generally seen, watever i get in the kap simulated exam, add 20 to it,to guess ur usmle 2 digit score
but its accurate if u do simulated exam close to ur original exam

nbme exams score correalte exactly
just a +5 or -5 difference
its v accurate,v seldom seen ppl going beyond this difference

hi jam , i couldnt tell u which one is better at this time i guess it depends on what my is when it comes back. but i hear that the nbme is good enough. well i believe we should keep it as simple as possible when prep for the usmle. by the way i got one question on my real exam that was the exact same as one on the nbme simulated test.

by the way the ans was tuberous sclerosis

tnx i'm pretty sure i'll subscribe to nbme, just don't know when. how about you, how far off from your test date did you take nbme? we're both jittery now, you awaiting results, me about to take the test! i think you're in a better situation

i took the nbme 7 days prior to my exam date. i did form #1 did well but .... i dont know to me the exam is just so different than anything i practiced with , nothing compares, so..... i dont know good luck hope everything works out for ya.
