Hi,
I'm wondering how accurate the NBME score prediction is from the real Step II CK score. I am about to take the exam on Friday and just want to make sure I'm in good standing.

Hi, my exam on Friday also.About nbme- which form you took? according what people saying form 2 most accurate.I hope so...
What are you reading this last days bcs i'm confuse what to do notes, or borad&ward, ore go threu incorrect Q????

Hehhee...I am totally in the same boat as you. I feel like I am running around like a chicken with no head. Losing direction, stress is definitely kicking in.
Here is my strategy, let me know what you are doing too. Kaplan Q-bank (3 sets of 46 questions/ day) and reviewing only wrong answers at this point. Looking over USMLE world notes I've made (finished Q-bank with 57% overall) Taking last NBME exam tomorrow. I took I(~191) and II (~199). Im hoping my score improves even more. I am just hoping to break a 200. How about you? And lastly reading over Crush the Boards sporatically. Ive been looking at it on and off since I started studying, just using it as a refresher.
Any advice? Good luck on your exam as well. Im sure our hard work will pay off...

O'k, I'm reading board and Wards, just finished reading my notes, and its like 200 pages, including uw explanations and some notes from lecture IM.tOOK nbme1 5 weeks ago got 227, 2 weeks ago took nbme2 got 224, then did form3 day before yesterday and got207.very disapointed ,but i took at library and was alot going on around , i had to reread Q..Just hoping it's not gonna corellate. nbme3 most difficult.Will finished this BW, and then last day will go thru few printed pages from valuemd forum,someone post it like 250 Rx Hy from UW.really helpful.
Do usmle cd 2 days before the exam and go tru explanation in kaplan, Q good there and expl either. i already did.

Wow you are ready! I am jealous of your NBME scores...totally! I did the USMLE CD this weekend. I thought it was pretty easy...got 74%,74% and 83% on the three exams. Is there something wrong or were those questions easier? Where are the explanations for that exam, havent seen it.
I am the same way with my notebook, It is huge with notes! Hey, I'm also redoing USMLE world wrong questions...What do you think?

Cd is easy but people saying that they got some Q from there, so its good to read the explanation and to know why the other answer wrong.
I'm not sure i'll do well bcs of this nbme3..
Uw its the gold standart i think, i went twwo times thru all Q, today went thru obgyn and Hepato, just the ones that i wasnt sure.
Just came from barnes and Nobles, read there 2 chapters from Kaplan Ethics for Usmle by dr Fisher, explanation very good, i had some Q regrding Q from nbme3, and found clear anwer there, bcs was confusing...

Wow..NBME form 3 sucks! I didnt think it was that bad while I was doing it. But my score came back lower than the other 2 scores. I dont want to be disheartened by the lower score. I know I did better on the others. So Im just going to move on from it. But I share your feelings about it being much harder!

Mine was like nbme2, even got 2 Q, but didnt know the answer!
Now we only can Pray,Pray and Pray!

It was good. I was really scared and almost backed out on the day of. But thank GOD, it wasnt so bad. The first 2 sets seemed really good, I felt confident. I was really anticipating VERY LONG questions and was pleasantly surprised with the short length of the questions! The statistics were easy and same with Psych. I'm sure I still made a lot of mistakes, because that's just me...but if GOD is willing...I did well. Anyways, I was freaking out about the pictures, didnt really review them and thank goodness I didnt spend the time, I only got one ECG and the rest were clinical pictures. Some questions were tricky though and some I just didnt know the answer to. But I tried my best and I worked hard...so I am happy. Congratulations to you. If the exam was like NBME 2, then you did really well! All the best to you too!
