the umns can be classified to flexor and extensor biased, namely
flexor biased: corticospinal + rubrospinal
extensor biassed: vestibulospinal, reticulospinal

so does it mean that if i wanna extend my arm, the input comes from the vestibulospinal, reticulospinal tract?
doesn't the somatotropic map of the motor cortex also include extensor muscles?

it just seems strange to me that the corticospinal tract seems to do nothing in extending the arm
