I would really appreciate if someone gives me some tips on impressing attendings and senior resients while doing observership...how we are supposed to involve actively when we are not allowed to do anything? And how to get involved when the resident we are going with is very very busy and running around without having even a second to explain the case to you or answer your questions? How we are supposed to know about a case when even the residents don't have enough time to go through the case file?
Please help.....
