I performed a very focused PE on all of the SPs I encountered. I did not perform a heart and lung exam on a few cases which had very little to do with heart and lung (examples..just examples...nephrolathiasis, lower back pain, etc). Does anyone know if this will hurt my score? Has anyone else done the same and passed?
