hi,hello, all my friends ,
i m new in this forum let me introduce myself i m img , mom and try to pass this exam .i just started with kaplan books 2006-07 ,pathology goljan notes i done with brs pathology one time .i wnt to do now SYSTEM WISE like today my plan to start immunology plus pathology immunology plus pharmacology.hopefully i 'll finish in next 3-4 days immunology from kaplan.anybody wants to join me heartly well come. i have to go i'll write next plan later till bye.

i just checked immunology book total 16 chapters so if i m going to divid by 2 get4 chapter everyday plus one extra day bcz u never know
WT GONNA HAPPENED TOMMOROW...so after 5 days i m going to able do pathology immmunology which i already done once so won't take to much time .
today already half day gone lets start.
winter is here i feel lazy all day.

not verywell i did 2 chapthers my kid is not feeling well so i have to take care and home too so any way i'll try i wake up 5 am try to finish i fee l tired lets see how 's go day.

Welcome Ellen in '' usmle world''. Wish you a great stamina , I'm a mom as well so I know how hard it is to prepare with little ones around , especially when they get sick .
Just stay positive , and keep reading . Page by page , till the chapter is done and book is read !

thanks ,stop by and give me courage really i need that good words again thanks GOODGIRL ..yeah today read some immunology and physiology from brs cell physiology,,its really good now i have some organized action potiential, after read fom kapaln everything was in pie ces ..BRS PHYSIOLGY i like cell physiolgy chapther and ANS too.THANKS GOD MY SON IS BETTER NOW took him to dr.as usual antibiotics for 5 days just started tommorow will more better this is life all life parts need to play all role nicely.LEAVE ALL DARKNESS BEHIND US AND SEE BRIGHT LIGHT.....

today i did 3rd chapter immunology.selection of lmphocytes.
i like nutshell give good review .
selection process t-cell and b-cell very impotant i think.
MHC class and structures and purposes.
APC ARE macrophages
B LYMPHOCTES
DENDDRITIC CELLS
LANGERHANS CELL.
REST later. still i m reading so .

hi ellen i am almost in same situation mom and have a kid i will be glad be in touch with each other and motivate each other right now i am reading pharmaco with micro biology and i am using lippencot pharmacology aside with kaplan so lets stay in touch and di this exam

hi nasrin46..glad to see you.i know very hard with kid .but thanks allah my hubby is very supportive always push me that u can do it.so hopefully one day we can make it.hard work and motivation both key for this exam.today early morning wake up 6 am able to finish my almost 6 immunology chpter.
take him library for story time then grocery now i m home again bukle up to start rest of chpter.
today my plan evening to go library spent 3 to 4 hrs to fininh all chpter .
keep in touch let me know urs plans plus books u r using.
any idea about new rapid review pathology by goljan 2006 edition any feed back.rest story later.

hi ellenmy plan 4 to day is anti cancer and anti inflamatory drug from lipencot and kaplan hopefully 70 pagei am trying to memorise them alsoand take note and about pathology all i have know is that is a very good rating book and every body sujest that and i myself am going to read it toook good lucktill tomorrow morning i will be here

hey there,i think i m stuck with immunology ...so many qs and i need ans. HAPTEN CAUSE HYPERSENTIVITY REACTION RT...i got confused with type either 1 or 2...any idea i need help or any book where i can get good concept....

 hi,now i have some peace about immunolgy some concept yesterday discovered all my clues ...about gene arrengement of antibodies IGM ,IGA,IGE,IGE;IGD,...HOW CLASS SWITCHING HAPPENED ISOTYPES......
TODAY I M GOING TO START CHP 8 9 10 ..RT NOW I M OUT MY SCHEDULE but happy i m getting some concept like....wt happening our body get antigen like viruses,bacteria etc....really v.important

i finished immunology today.
tommorow plan start physiology along physiology q-bank which is look g ood lets see.
about pathology any idea about new rapid review by dr.goljan 2007?
i dont want to miss anything from pathology so....
today aso done test from robbins pathology i m not good in inflammation and cell injury but i think this q book is good.
tommorow 'll be good for me hubby home take care cooking and kid too i can manage to spent 6 to 8 hrs in library.

hi elen good progress unfortunatly my kid was sick lasttwo days strepthroat and i wasnt able to studybut two day i will try and another thing i have changed my strategy and want to study pharmaco and phisio and patho system wisewith together i think this way is better for me ok let see happy studing

yesterday we were invited for dinner after long time had good food .

WT DIFFERENCE POLYCOLNOLANTIBODIES NOT GOOD IN KATUNG

6GITPHYSIOLOGY,GITPATH.GITPHARMACOLOGY ALONG QS.
7.ans physiology plus pharmacology
8MOST IMPOTANT DONE WITH ONE TIME CELL PHYSIOLOGY PLUS QS.
HOPEFULLY i able to finish next month.

so day i able to finished peripheral circulation did qs too.
tommorow i m going to start heart muscle .
today was quit busy day for me done laundary ,clean home cook dinner and went library able to finish physiology circulation from kaplan first i read brs and then i read kapaln took long time but that ok i what to understand not just pass thing .....
CAPILLARY FILTRATION AND REABSORBTION IN DISEASE CODITIONS wt change will see like malnutrion wt happened with cappillar oncotic pressure ....
all microcirulations,fetal circulation .dehydration effect on blood ,bleeding effects on bp ,co,sv,flow .resistance... nasrin46 where are u ,hopefully u'll be fine work hard.....talk to u soon.

today is dec.15 2006 so only 15 days left for 2007....
today me and my husband make a paln regarding more study like ..
we'll take one break out of 7 days ...friday just for enjoy...go see movie ,mall, park,meet friends etc...no study just family time and relax mind...
then 6 days only for study.......one day for reward.....brain need some good time .think about reward more study
no more see tv and other things like attend unused phone calls ...other time with kid.
today is friday but we made our study plan evening so already i finished almost CVS PHYSIOLOGY .
tommorow i'll be in library so plan is start q-bank do cvs qs.and then start vascular pathology.
today i already cooked for two day.weekend i can study more inshallah.how are u nasrin46.i miss you keep it up.see u soon.

hi elengood plane i like it during last 4 days i only could maid renal respiratory and cv physiology my son was sick agian amoxi cillin didnt work on his strep throat and after one week he had fever 104 and shaking chilland all of that stuff worse so we start with augmentine here doc are very conservative with antibiotic so today he can come out of bed and feel much better so hopefully i can start today patplogy and pharmaco happy studing till monday by by

today i went library spent there 7 hrs manage to finished CARDIAC FROM PHYSIOLOGY.
THEN DID 30 QS FROM Q BANK TAKE LONG TIME READ EXPLAINATIONS TOO SO GOOD.
