Hello everyone.I applied for 68 programs:20Family Practise, 30 Surgery, 28 orthopedic surgery.All only community based programesI have no invitation yet, 20 rejections till this date. Do You have any suggestions whic programs are IMG friendly,also available for me Step 1:203, step2:201, Step 2 CS, 2nd attempt passed, IMG, 25years,ECFMG certified this June,year of clinical eperience as a surgeon in the czech republic, no publications,no us experience, only Czech LoR.Please any suggestion where to apply.Any specialty.Thanx.Time is running

it´s a bit late buddy. If you don´t care what speciality:
Go for pediatrics, IM of FP. Apply to programs with very low selection criteria (such as those programs that only require to pass the steps and don´t care much about scores or number of attempts or graduation year). Usually states in northeast are more IMG friendly. Community +- community progr univ affiliated.

But you must be aware that it could be difficult for you to get a position this year because you should´ve got some interviews by this time. But of course you can try it, there are people with 1 or 2 IV that match or even prematch or get a spot in the scramble. So maybe you don´t have nothing to lose.

i agree, if you don`t mind to spend more $$$ and try it, then do it.
But don`t expect too much for this match. You can work on your application and go for the next match and get better interviews next year. It´s up to you.
