I plan to do it at the end. Most of the study sources suggest to do it at the end when you´re done with the hole thing.

The way I do it: I would like to give you my impression based on the answers I got from you and the physical findings, it seems like your .... system is involved, my impression it´s that you may have..., but I´m also considering..., I would like to order ..., and meet back with you as soon as we have the results. I would like also to encourage you to...(then the counselling).

Hope it helps, GL

Thank u so much egomez.that is a good approach to the closure.

but i was wondering what if it's is a long case for example CNS, then there will not be enough time left at the end of the encounter to talk about everything.on the contrary if we keep doing the counselling during the history we will get the points even if we r short of time in the end. but that way it is easy to loose focus from the history.

i am really confused about this.
