For HSP question:

okay..
let me be the one to start...

in a case of suspected spinal cord compression
1)what is the next best step in management? Treatment!! Dexamethasone.
2)what is the best initial test? Spinal X-Ray
3)what is the best diagnostic test? MRI
4)what the most sensitive test? MRI
5)what is the most accurate test? MRI

Finally got to that material... good question wink

Ok... another question: a 24 years old woman comes to you because of flank pain. You do a urianalysis and shows hematuria, so you suspect a calculus. What is your next step??
