if a community program says they have an affiliation with a university but it is only academic and you dont have rotations in that university then how would you rate it.they say the university faculty come over once in a while for grand rounds and stuff.kindly throw light on this guys.i dont understand how much of a disadvantage it wud be

if u cant rotate then it means nothing. its a on paper affilation. teaching rounds by attending is no big deal.
