I’d like to ask, how in your opinion stimulants such as nicotine, caffeine and alcohol influence produce and activity of androgens and especially testosterone? I come across many different theories – it is said that smoking as such can effect negatively decreasing males potency and also, that it causes higher testosterone level in women organism as well – is it possible that nicotine stimulates different gender bodies to opposite actions or just one view is correct? How is it with caffeine, which also is sometimes believed to influence androgens?

My second question is about “plant hormones”, so called “fitoestogenes” – may the normally eaten amount in wider time perspective effect male organism visibly?
