1) How would you respond if a resident or colleague wanted to keep a therapeutic error a secret from a patient and his family
2) What recent newsworthy medical event or announcement would you like to discuss?

Ans for 1 : Talk to the resident to tell the patient, if he refuses inform hospital ethics committee.
Ans for 2: Rising insurance premiums pushing health care from reach of poor.

Ans for 4: Cut down on un necessary investigations, discuss with insurance lobby on reducing rates !
Ans for 5: Increasing sue rates, decreasing compensations, increasing insurance and competition from sub specialities
