ANSWER IS A: IMMEDIATE HOSPITILIZATION AND INTUBATION THE CHILD MOST LIKELY TO HAVE EPIGLOTTITIS CAUSING UPPER AIRWAY OBST. THEN IMPRICAL ABX SHOULD BE STARTED 3RD GENERATION CEPHALOSPRIN OR AMPICILLINE ,INTUBATION DONE UNDER GA IN OPERATING ROOM .
