THE CHILD MOST LIKELY TO HAVE EPIGLOTTITIS CAUSING UPPER AIRWAY OBST.
THEN IMPRICAL ABX SHOULD BE STARTED 3RD GENERATION CEPHALOSPRIN OR AMPICILLINE ,INTUBATION DONE UNDER GA IN OPERATING ROOM .
