E. Staph Aureus. Its too big, so it is left behind when u pass the fluid from a 0.45u pore. a.and d. Herpes, and mycolplasma are the same size. ( Viruses are minute 0.02-0.3Microns) hence, they pass thru the 0.45 pore. mycolplasma is one of those very small bacteris i.e. ricketssia, chlamydia and mycolplasma. b. HIV, a retroviridae is smaller than herpes...about 120 nanometers...(herpes n mycoplasma are 150nm) c. Lipopolysaccharide ..Dont exactly know about this, but I'm thinking in the lines that since, its just a PART of the bacteria, it can be ruled out because it must definitely pass through a 0.45u pore. Any other suggestions?
