I had to present an intersesting case other than the ones which i had published or listed in my CV.
I choose a case of valproate toxicity.
They are mainly testing for --
Our spontanity
Command of language
presence of coherence in presentation.

But the chances of being asked are minimal unless they feel you have plenty of clinincal experience. If you are fresh from medical school u may no be harrassed much.
