65 yr old women, previously in excellent health, experienced a moderate intestinal tract infection. She had attended a neighborhood oriental resturant at lunchtime. Within 5 hours she developed nausea and vomiting. Food poisoning was an obvious possibility. Samples of different dishes consumed by the women all contained low levels of different bacteria. A rish dish showed high concentration of aerobic Gm+ rods

I) The appropriate treatment for women should consist of
a) only symptomatic aid
b) antibiotics effective against Gm+ bacteria
c) antibiotics effective against Gm- bacteria
d) IV drug therapy
e) Administration of an antitoxin

II) A possible causative agent would be
a) STaph aureus
b) Bacillus anthracis

it looks like Bacilus Cereus...Because of fish and gr staining...Acute onset
Syptomatic aid is enough...
Toxin production....
