65 yr old women, previously in excellent health, experienced a moderate intestinal tract infection. She had attended a neighborhood oriental resturant at lunchtime. Within 5 hours she developed nausea and vomiting. Food poisoning was an obvious possibility. Samples of different dishes consumed by the women all contained low levels of different bacteria. it looks like Bacilus Cereus...Because of fish and gr staining...Acute onset Syptomatic aid is enough... Toxin production....
