Hi everybody! Today I've finished all questions of USMLE WORLD. There are simple mistakes there like Iprotropium is cholinomimethik... Furthermore, there are questions which became reasone of my confuse. For instance: According to UW, S.pneumoniae is the most common cause of meningitis in patient from age one month through two years, N.meningitidis is most common cause from age 2 through 18 years, in adults age 18 and above S.pneumoniae is the most common cause of meningitis. According to First Aid causes of meningitis: 0-6 months - Group B streptococci 6 mos - 6 years - S.pneumoniae 6-60 years - N.meningitidis Above 60 years - S.pneumoniae Would you please explain me where is the truth. Thanks for reply and Good Luck!
