Hi ,i am an img from pakistan i have completed almost my 2nd read of kaplan and patho from brs i have started usmle world done almost 40% and my score comes in the range of 60-65% camultative is 63%.now i want advice on how to groom my preparation,1)Should i just start fa and do qbank and usmleworld qs or should i revise kaplan again my exam is in march end or early april.I am also giving a pg exam in my country on 15th march.I feel physically and mentally exhausted and sometimes dont feel like studyin .if some1 has goljan 100 page hy please email it to me at :sheharyar_khan@msn.com

Bro u have done enuf but i would advise u to go thru Goljan Notes not the 100pgs one but the Spiralbinded ones i dont know if there r available in Pakistan but if u have a decent Internet connection then maybe something can be worked out, After ur 2nd read give NMBE Form then u will know ur weak areas u have time till March n thats more than Ample time to go thru the whole course 3 more times Give a Look to HY in NeuroAnatomy n Beh Sc. Now if u have done the Kaplan Q bank go for the Usmle RX Qbank and in the Last month Buy Usmle World Qbank n do them it will give u enuf prep for the type of questions u will face on the real Exam. Secondly the worst part is the Pattern for FCPS is Quite different from USMLE which is much Clinically oreinted if u can look around for the past yr papers from CPSP i think they might be selling although they r much old papers but it might give u an idea. so if u can space some time between the 2 exms give a gap 2mnths or 3 mnths cos it will do u good cos going in hastily mught affect ur performance. so think abt it before u select the select the exm dates

thx dude for ur suggestion but i have already opted for the fcps1 going to be held on march 15.where u from.gonna give mle in april mid so i think i should cover up,u know what my personnel experiance is that mleworld is much tougher then qbank,hey can u lemme know that paperback q bank is same the online version or should we buy the online one coz i already have mleworld as i have told u b4.dude the thing u tryin yo say is that i should again get themleworld one month b4 tha exams what about fa where can i get the spiral binded goljan.hey dude if u need i am always there for u my email is:sheharyar_khan@msn.com
