Hi bbb,
As a program coordinator, does it annoy you when people already had a date for an IV and then for "x"or "y" reasons they have to change the date?
I just want to know because I might need to change some of my dates but I understand PC are very busy so I dont really want to bother them if it's annoying. Thanks for your answer.

I'm not a PC, but I would think that if you change it once they would understand (but i guess it could depend on the individual PC), any more than that, it will become highly annoying. Also, if you want to change your date, the earlier you do it the better. Advance notice will help them to arrange their schedule and also it will give you a better chance to change your date. At this point in time I think most interview slots are full so unless they "over-book" their interview day, you may not be able to make any changes.

Does it annoy me? Not really, I know that interviews pop up and you might need to change. But it does annoy me, when it's changed again and again. And when an applicant doesn't realize that I may not be able to change it due to the day that they want being full.
Although one applicant to my program is on her 4th change. That's annoying.

i ustand why the date changes happen. i went out with set geographic dates in mind at the beginning of the season and have thankfully not had to resched a single iview. the pcs have been nice to give me a lot of choices too.. had a tough nut to crack recently thoh - bcoz of thanksgiving day hike in airfares - but managed by goin in earlier and comin out late instead of the usual 2 day flyby..
hey bbb - if ur program is as good as u say - then i wud b willing to walk over barefeet to ur place on ur appointed day and time.. let me entertain u
