Hi GUys: I have a q, my fiance has student visa. I want to get an H1B or even a J1 visa. Its true that we have to get married before the program give me the visa so he can have the "spousal visa" (H4 or J4) or he will get the visa even if we get married after I start the program???

You have to be legally married to get a spouse visa. Fiance's do not qualify.

Thanks bbb. Yes, we have to get married, but do we have to do it before I enroll the program so he can be dependant of my visa or can we get married after I get my visa and anyways he can be my dependant?

At the time that you apply for a spouse visa, you must have a spouse.
