can any body tell me how the matching system works
if i rank a program as my number 20th and then ninteen programs above in my list dont rank me but the 20th one ranks me as its number 1, will that result in my matching or
it should be like this that the program which i has ranked me as number, I also should rank that as in my top in order to match
