Hi,

I have filled the online application form for the extension of my eligibility period. I already have a valid form 186. Do I still need to fill in form 183E and send in? Please let me know whosoever has gone thru this extension experience..

yes after u complete the online part you have to download this 183 form fill and send to ecfmg by mail, u have have to sign that form by ur self ,
