360 degree evaluation: where everybody evaluates everybody..you evaluate med students, peer, senior residents, attendings, nurses, and they all in turn evaluate you.

Night float is when instead of days you work only nights say for example you arrive at the the hospital at 7 pm and leave in the morning at 7 am for the duration of time you are on night float.

Tx nisha and boo. very helpful information.
I like the 360 degree evaluation but it seems like not many programs use it. But the top do.
Even the night float system seems to be really appreciated by residents.

Waiting for more feed backs

3. Debt management is for school loans aquired during med school and before...they set an automatic deductable from your pacheck...

8. MBA/MPH: starting in the 2nd yr of residency training you have the option to take a degree course at the school...the program rearranges the schedule for you...and the beauty of it, it is almost free!!!
