I am interested in purchasing Calcium Gluconate. However, there is a monohydrate powder available and a Anhydrous powder available. I understand that the monohydrate has one molecule of water but what difference in application do the two different forms have? When and why would one use the anhydrous form? When and why would one use the monohydrate form?
Thanks!wink
