A 4 MONTH OLD BOY HAS POOR HEAD CONTROL .EXAMN SHOWS GEN HYPOTONIA LIVER EDGE IS PALPATED 4 CM BELOW THE RT COSTAL MARGIN.SPLEEN IS NOT PALPABLE.THE PMI IS AT THE LEFT ANT AXILLARY LINE WOF IS THE MOST PROBABLE DIAGNOSIS?
