A 4 MONTH OLD BOY HAS POOR HEAD CONTROL .EXAMN SHOWS GEN HYPOTONIA LIVER EDGE IS PALPATED 4 CM BELOW THE RT COSTAL MARGIN.SPLEEN IS NOT PALPABLE.THE PMI IS AT THE LEFT ANT AXILLARY LINE WOF IS THE MOST PROBABLE DIAGNOSIS?
a)infant botulism
b)vsd
c)cong. muscular dystrophy
d)GM1 gangliosidosis
e)glycogen storage disease type 2 or Pompes disease
