Hi,
I am a beginner with genetics and I need help for a piece of literature I am writing.
I need to know (in very basic terms) how I would go about (literally from scratch) to create particular peptides of known amino acid sequences in a bacterial expression system in order to generate fragments that I could use to study their toxic effects.
Anyone that could help me? Your help would be very much appreciated.
