It is just aguess, since i do not know if we use Insulin and gloucose in treatment of heart failure , but insulin and glucose given together can shift K in to the cells and decrease Hyperkalemia, I do not know if it shifts Ca in to the heart cells at the same time , but if it is so , it could change the heart contractility.

THANKYOU AAZAD I FOUND THIS QUES IN THE TREATMENT SOMEONE WROTE FOR HYPERKALEMIA SO YOU ARE RIGHT
