Just wondering what does everyone do to get rid of some of the stress of mental fatigue that develops when reading for a extended period of time....good luck to all

I have a big portion of my favorite meal and than I hit a bed to take powerfull nap. Nothing works better for me than good night sleep.For sure a regular execise like in gym, jogging is very helpfull . As a women I sometimes love to buy a nice thing for myself , it cheers me up . It works like '' if I study well, I would get this'' . The psychology of small child , need to bribe myself !!!!
