After to take your test in the most cases you won't able to aply again and if you try it you will read......Our records indicate that you are already registered for this Step or Step Component.......bla..bla...bla..(some time oasis let you aply again before they have sent your score...but it doesn't mean you failed) if you try to aply after USMLE\ECFMG PEOPLE have sent your result...and if oasis/aiwa let you aply again unfortunately that mean you failed...

Thanks for your reply, canterov2004. I tried Oasis for my previous tests and it worked well. What I mean is that there is no link for you to re-apply the same test once you applied your test. I just thought maybe they changed the program so people can't find out their test result through OASIS.
