Is there anyone who can tell me if in CS exam , only 10 best cases are scored? is it true?

That is not true.
Some cases are not scored (can be 1 or 2) but these are not the cases that went bad for someone. These are just 2 random cases that they want to check during real examination for their own purposes (e.g. new SPs need training). You never know which cases are those not scored. But it's the same two for all the people taking the exam in that day.
