Hi,
My scheduled date for the exam is 29th of december, but my husband has been hospitalised for the past 8 days due to acute disc prolapse and probably wd be discharged in 3-4 days. I think I might have to postpone my exam a little . I just wanted to know is it possible to extend your eligibility period in the next year or do i have to fill the 2007 form again? Please do let me know what do i have to do coz I am very worried.
Any help/input wd be appreciated. Thanks.

go online and filled out the eligi form, NOT a new application
do it quick

yes you can extend the trimester to further three month,
have to pay $50 plus an application form which is i think 183 by mail

now no form 183 is needed ....Lg in Pay da 50$ & u get 2 extend ur slot by 3 months ,U will get ur Orange card or scheduling permit (whatever u call it !!) by post soon ..
btw..dates will be frm Jan 15 onwards...
