www.usmleworld.com. Excellent QBank. I think they have 6 months subsription now for $149.

it is a very good q-bank, with great questions and explanations. i think it raised my score with almost 5 points on the 2 dig scale

but i heard that kaplan q bank is updated but i m not sure but if it is updated i think it will be better for step 1
