I hav't written one yet, but it could go like this:
Thank you for the opportunity offered to me on ______ to interview with your program. I appreciate the consideration extended to me by the ___ and team at the _________. As I mentioned during my time with you, I am very interested/enthusiastic/enthused about the facets/curriculum/course/etc offered to the residents in your pgm.
I look forward to hearing from you
